What is your location? You can take a legal action against the company with the help of an employment lawyer.

Dear Sonu,
What has been written in your appointment letter in regards to your releving in probation period? is there any other issue which you have not highlighted?
Going to the labour court is easy, but if the management can prove that the termination is legal, then do you have proofs to encounter them?
Think rationally, If the ouster is based upon some paperwork, be extra careful..

As pointed out by Ashutosh, the Terms & Conditions of the Appointment are important. During Probation Period, which is 3 to 6 months in most of the Companies, the Company reserves the right to terminate without specifying reason. Moreover, if the appointment says that the post is purely temporary and such a specific period is mentioned in the Appointment Letter, then their no either legal or moral course, but to exit. For example, if you are appointed on a place arisen on account of Maternity Leave, then the post is evidently temporary.
In other words, the post on which you are appointed should not be of casual/temporary nature and you should have served for the minimum of 120 days (6) months, for the Labour Commisioner to be convinced that the post was not temporary. On the contrary, if the post is permanent, bus still you have worked less than min. 120 days, still you stand o lose.
My above explaination should clarify where you stand.

you havent mentioned about your designation or department. do let me know about who had asked you to resign?? go and talk to your Sr.management and also refer to the appointment letter..or during your induction they must have mentioned about their company policy. Refer to the termination policy and talk to your top management

Hi Sonu,
This is a very sensitive issue. Alternatives are beyond our reach as factors and parameters are unknown.
Trust you collected the experience/relieving letter from them.
Good luck in your job search.
