Dear J
Soft skills necessarily entails --Presentation skills and Grooming
Grooming -what it is? how one should groom oneself for their respective job? It includes basic hygiene--like having a bath everyday, use of deo, shaving daily;wearing neat, clean and ironed clothes, hair cut and hair style....
Under clothes--men--what kind of clothes they shoud wear-shirt, trousers, socks,handkerchief,jewellery,shoes-their kind and polished. wht armament they should carry when they go calling on a customer.
Similarly,for women................
How they should speak/interact with the customers. Manners they should follow.
Ihave tried to make a comprehensive list according to your requirements.
Hope it will help you.
Luck
