Dear All,
As you must know there are two authorities within an organization who are authorized for submissions and payments to the PF, IT etc office.
We need to change both names of PF Authorities.
Can you please tell me
What is procedure to follow?
Is there any specific form?
Can I just take the new persons specimen signature and submit it?
See the thing is both people who are authorised to deal with PF are no longer with the organization.

There is form called employers specimen signature u can will the form and present authorised person need sign and that should be authorised by the Director.
I dont have the form scanned you can check with your concerned Pf office you ll get.

there is specific form for any change in pf authority. There is a form called employer specimen signature and thats being attached with.
