One of the best EE initiative is conducting focus group discussions and working on action items for process improvements. This initiative improves bonding, trust and relationship. But the group size should not be beyond 10. Have a clear agenda may be an area where you are looking for improvement..

You can start an activity called "Funoholic board," where you can put childhood pictures of an employee and let other employees guess who he/she is. After some days, put the current picture of that employee. We are doing the same in our organization.
