Further to all our discussions we had in regard to MBA full-time, part-time, and correspondence, I have understood that a qualification adds value to the experience and shall put us ahead in the industry!! Need a small suggestion:
XLRI is offering PGCBM - Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management. I am planning to apply for it as it shall start in June '07 and end by August '08. Kindly let me know your opinion of the suitability of Business Management for HRs.
