Hi Group,

I would like to request you to kindly forward me a well-designed SOP on handling disciplinary issues in the organization. The basic requirement is from the Regional HR point of view, where frequent escalations keep coming against the non-performers and insubordinate employees. The SOP would be handy for the HR manager as a ready reckoner.

Dear Namya,

Please don't ask for "COMPLETED" formats, as this might lead to a breach of data security if anyone is found sharing their company's policies. Instead, search on Google; you will find tips and directions that will help you in designing your own format. For example, the one that I am attaching is what I found on the internet.

Have a look and fine-tune it as per your needs and requirements.
