Hi Anitha,
To remember, comments and refinements are for the betterment. My observations:
An offer letter is referred to as the first official correspondence with a candidate (a third party not affiliated with the company) from the company, as it leaves the initial impression on the company. Therefore, it must be framed and formatted well.
All HR documents must be clearly noted with the appropriate clauses (Points 1, 1.1, 1.2, and so on). Without the correct clauses, you may not be able to address the specific points when required.
Regards,
Shiv

Hi Friends,
Thank you very much for your help and the suggestions, guys. However, Anitha, as for your question, I just wanted to know that I have recently joined an organization wherein new employees come on board every week. I wanted to know, within the joining formality procedure, what are the things we need to take into consideration and how could I go about doing that. Could you help me with these procedures and the forms required for the same.
Regards, Imran
