We have an opening for the Deputy HR position at a well-reputed construction giant based in Mumbai. Below are the roles and responsibilities:
The role will involve handling various HR initiatives such as:
1. Internal Branding & Internal communications
2. Managing Events (Annual Day / Diwali & other festivals)
3. Organizing HR initiatives (Motivational & Spiritual talks / Yoga)
4. Fun & Games (To create a preferred work environment)
5. Coordinating Corporate Social Responsibility activities
6. Discount offer tie-ups for associate benefits
7. Reward and Recognition Programs
