Pls donot mind but, in my viw both of ur resumes are too lengthy..I mean 5-7 pages is just too long. One can't expect a person to read carefully such a long cv, just think of the guy who has been tasked to shortlist thousands of resumes. For him it is a boring n tedious job!!!

I completely agree with Ranjeet. A resume should be a reflection of one's image. Increasing the number of pages is not appropriate. The process of reading a resume shouldn't be a boring task. It should capture all the highlights of your activities while keeping the pages to a minimum. The other details can be conveyed verbally during the interview, which would elaborate on every point in the resume.

Please find a template for a resume, especially for IT sales. This format can also be adapted for other roles. The only downside is that it extends to three pages. However, this is acceptable considering that the main objective of a CV is to showcase one's capabilities.
