This is really good form collection. I have one query, i.e., is it possible to adopt all the formats at a time in one organization? Most of them are using in the organization, but not in a lot of quantity.
Thanks,

Thank you very much. From my experiences, I have wanted to compile some checklists, but I could never find the time to do so, and this issue remained unattended. This is a marvelous job; thanks once again for it.

SIR,
I was working in Bombay for one year and left that company since I got a job in Gujarat. But I didn't claim for the P.F. amount. Now I have changed my job and am presently working in HAL Bangalore. What shall I do with my P.F. amount from my old employer in Bombay? Shall I withdraw it, or is there a possibility to transfer my account to my present employer? If so, please send me the withdrawal form or transfer form.
Please suggest me.
