Dear Abhra, Your decision is good. but u have got a graduation already, it’ll be good if you are going for a PG course in HRM rather than PGD HRM. Ram

Dear all,

Can you shed some light on career growth in the HR profession? What are the different courses available and what are the career options within this field? I am also interested in pursuing a course in HR but I am unsure of what I should opt for. Please provide some suggestions.

Hi,

I liked your post. I am doing my PGDHRM from SCDL. Please tell me what are the areas that I should focus on. i.e., what are the contents that I should be well versed in to get a good HR job? Please advise.
