Ive done my PGDM(HR). Currently working as Executive Recruitments for a company. Could u suggest me any course to be done, that adds value to my course. I am planning to do M.A Psychology in distance mode, could you suggest good universities to go with.

As per my belief if you have done a PGDBM in HR then i suggest that you continue with your career right now, take experience in it and then opt for SAP - HR or phd in HR....
But if you have made up your mind to study further continuing with your job alongside, then i would suggest you the following courses but yu have to google search for the universities:
1) Competency Mapping Course (TVRLS, Ahmedabad)
2) 16 Personality traits
3) Training and development course for professionals
