Hi,

Please note that before the issuance of a termination letter to the employee, an employer should follow certain rules, regulations, and procedures under various acts:

- The employer should issue a show-cause notice and ask for an explanation from the employee.
- If the explanation is not satisfactory, please follow the enquiry procedure.
- If the employee is found guilty, issue a second show-cause notice.
- Then, issue the termination letter along with one month's pay.
