Re: Recreation Ideas
Dear Sender,
I have a variety of recreation ideas to share. However, if you could specify the type of activity you are looking for and the number of participants – whether it is for a group, individual, or a large audience – it would be easier for me to suggest some recreational activities.

Hi Suhas,
Regarding recreational activities in my organization, I'm really looking out for something new. The number of employees is 18-20, and no movement is required, only sitting on chairs in the conference room. I want some games that focus on team building, motivation, fun, and learning as well. It should be a group activity.
If possible, please also suggest some individual activities. I require this urgently. You can email me at: paromitamukherjee1@rediffmail.com.

Hi Paromita,
I'm sending across a really fun team-building game that truly helps break the ice between team members, especially in a conference room environment. Hope it helps.

Around 60 people are there. It's generally about stress management and leisure time usefulness programs such as TT, Chess, Gym, but they should be different from the regular ones as I have given in the example. Your reply is most awaited.
Thanks for the reply and the analysis of my issue.

1. Table tennis and badminton facility (a very old and common, cost-effective practice)
2. Gym facility (a modern and preferred idea)
3. Yoga classes (very essential in modern times)
4. Daycare for employees' children

One of the easiest ways could be to have a luncheon with a department and the supporting departments every quarter. This helps to remove all the barriers between departments, especially the supporting departments that are usually involved in blaming each other.
I am sure you have departmental and organizational parties to celebrate different events, seasons, etc. I shall post a few more ideas if I think of any.

Hi,
Actually, these are the recreation ideas I have. They may sound funny, but they are really entertaining and offer relaxation. The first idea is to organize a treasure hunt with small presents hidden around, where participants have to unlock the treasure using clues. It's a lot of fun and also requires some brainpower to find the gifts.
The second idea is to organize an antakshari.
If these ideas are okay, I can share more with you.
