Dear sir/madam, Please, provide me the correct format for relieving letter and experience letter. I am working with a company right now but have been selected for another new company and I have been asked for relieving letter and experience letter as soon as possible. I have to join on 25 Oct 2007, pls help me out.

The sample relieving letter format and experience letter format given by Amitmhrm are correct. You can definitely use them. Since you have the format now, I would like to give you some tips:

Check the correctness - From dates to names, every vital detail should be spelled out without any mistake. To avoid errors, read twice before sending it forward.
Use the right tone - Keep the tone of both the letters simple as well as formal. Use words that can leave a good impression on the reader.
Keep it short - Stick to the point and avoid writing long paragraphs.
