I'm planning to start an IT software startup in India, in my local village. I am going to hire freshers and train them for 6 months with trainers. In case, if I don't get the expected clients after 6 months, can I outsource my employees to Indian MNC companies as contract employees? By doing this, I can run my business profitably and pay my employees properly.
