Dear All,
I need your guidance in securing my future. I worked for 2 months as an HR executive in a travel company, and I was laid off due to COVID-19. Now, I want to restart my career in HR, but there is one thing holding me back.
In my last company, I faced many difficulties regarding policy formulation, payroll processing, performance management, determining appropriate increments for employees, and public speaking. This was my first job experience, and it was quite challenging for me. Currently, I have decided to transition to a recruiter profile, but I am unsure about where it will lead me in the future. At the same time, when I consider the HR executive profile, it brings me different kinds of stress.
Please guide me; it has been more than 6 months now, and I want to break free from this mental prison.
Thank you.
