Hi, I was terminated from an MNC company after 3 months due to fake documents. It's been 2 years, and I am trying to get a service letter from the company. They are asking me to clear 2 lakhs pending due. If I pay this amount, will they mention terminated in the service letter, and will any issue happen during BGV for other companies?

If you pay the dues, the company is likely to provide a service letter, but it may still mention the reason for termination such as submission of fake documents. Confirm with the company beforehand what details will be included in the letter to avoid surprises. Block Blast

Hi,

I understand how stressful this situation must feel, and it’s good that you’re seeking clarity. If you pay the pending amount, the company is likely to issue the service letter as per their policies, but it may still indicate your termination due to the prior issue. During background verification (BGV) with other companies, this detail could surface if the new employer contacts them directly.

It’s always advisable to be honest about your past and explain the circumstances positively while focusing on how you’ve grown since then. Many employers value integrity and transparency over past mistakes. You might also consider seeking legal advice or negotiating with the company for clarity on how they would present your exit in the letter.

Why do you chase in vain for the service certificate, where you worked hardly for three months?
Why do you pay ₹ 2lakh for nothing? You better skip the work period with that MNC company from your resume. Please feel free to call me 8093097934 by prior message because certain things can't be discussed openly.
