Dear Friend,

Do you have a certified standing order for yourself? If yes, you can follow the rules mentioned in it. If not, please verify the authenticity of any certificate with the issuing authority and ensure its correctness. If it is found to be fake, initiate a show-cause procedure and proceed with disciplinary actions.

(Fact Checked)-The user's reply is partially correct. Background verification (BGV) is crucial. If fake experience is proven, termination is likely. (1 Acknowledge point)

  • If he submits any fake documents, you have to prove it through a domestic inquiry or otherwise and take disciplinary action accordingly.

The gravity of misconduct will obviously decide the quantum of punishment.

If a company recruits a candidate for a trainee position as an employee, the recruiter does not ask about his experience for that job. Even though the candidate applied for the job with a fake experience certificate (note: no experience required for that job), why is legal action required against him?
