how to create salary slip in ms excel....

Enter all the details you have on the salary slip starting from earnings and ending with the deductions, and display the net amount along with all your company information.

For Example:

Payslip for the month of "Oct 07"

Personal details should be listed first:
Name: PF Number:
Emp ID: ESI Number:
Dept: D.O.J:
Design: D.O.B:

Next, display the earnings column:
Basic: D.A: Allowances: Gross: "Add all the columns to get the gross amount"

Then, move on to the Deduction column:
PF: (Basic + DA) * 12% ESI: Gross * 1.75% Total deduction: PF + ESI

Net amount: Gross - Total deduction

Gross = rate/month Day * Paid Days

Pf = Round(basic + da if applicable) * 12 / 100, 0), 0) up to 6500 Rate Applicable

Esi = Ceil((gross all * 1.75%), 1) up to 10000 Rate Applicable

Net Pay = Gross - pf - esi - advance - any other

Feed all these in attached format. You will find your payslip in MS Excel.

Hi, I am working in an HR services company as a Team Leader - HR. The only problem in our company is that we do not have a salary slip and no other deductions except Provident Fund (PFT). I am looking for a job change, but how can I produce a salary slip for the new company I am joining?

My net salary is $9000, with a PFT deduction of $300. Additionally, incentives and commission vary monthly.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this matter. I am eagerly awaiting a reply at the earliest.
