I have 3.4 years of real and 3.3 years of fake experience, totaling 6.7 years of experience. My question is: should I remove the fake experience or not? However, my starting designation was lead engineer, and my current package is 6.3 lacs in the current company. So, if I remove the fake experience, how will I convince them for the designation and package? Can I modify the designation in the offer letter for the current organization?
