Minimum Wages Notification

The state governments notify minimum wages for specific industries such as textiles, manufacturing, etc. Normally, various types of occupations in each industry are included, encompassing both white-collar and blue-collar trades.

The minimum wage notification does not differentiate between daily wages or monthly wages; indeed, the notification specifies both daily wage and monthly wage components. The notification is issued twice a year.
