Hi Can somebody help with start-up company how to design leave policy with minimum leaves as per Act?

If the new startup company is covered under the Factories Act, please follow leave as per the Factories Act. But if it is under the Shops and Establishments Act, follow the State S&E Act/Rule for leave.

Also, please check the surrounding practice and then frame the Leave Policy.
