Please advise on the below points regarding the surrender of establishment P.F. code. Having a separate P.F. code for 7-8 states and a separate head office P.F. code:
1. Can we transfer other state's employees' P.F. under the Head Office establishment code?
2. After the transfer of live employees' P.F., can we surrender the state's P.F. code?
3. What is the employer's liability after the surrender of the P.F. code?
4. In the case of P.F. not withdrawn by the departing employee, after the surrender of P.F., what can be done?
