Friends, Please find attached the Code on Wages 2019, which was notified in the Official Gazette on 8th August 2019. It will come into force on a date to be separately notified by the Central Government. This code will replace the following four Acts: 1. Payment of Wages Act 2. Minimum Wages Act 3. Payment of Bonus Act 4. Equal Remuneration Act. Thank you.
