Dr. PBS Kumar was my first HR colleague in Regency Ceramics Ltd, Yanam. We both struggled to keep the RCL HR Dept in order. He was a great painter and taught me a few tips as well. His contribution in terms of PPTs about various legal aspects of HR is worth remembering and referring to. I pray to Narayana for his sons and wife to give them the strength needed to cope with this sudden loss. When I spoke to his second son yesterday, that boy was not able to control his emotions. Such a sudden demise speaks of the Punya that the soul of Dr. PBSK had accumulated, and he had a very sudden departure equivalent to Anaayaasa Maranam, which was a boon. May he attain Sad Gati.
