I have joined an India-based MNC and after completing my pre-joining formalities (received the bank account kit, submitted photocopies of identity proofs, and signed a service contract for 15 months). On that day, at late night, I received an email from an America-based MNC to join them on the 28th of February 2019. They offered me a position at my preferred location with a higher salary. Trust me, the increased pay or location is not the reason for my decision to leave my current organization. The reason is that I don't like the training curriculum at the current organization, so I want to move on. I am willing to pay the breach amount of 75,000 rupees to the current organization. So, my question is, after paying the full breach amount, should I be concerned about being blacklisted by the current organization, considering I uploaded a scanned copy of my NSR IT pin card on their portal? Can I potentially rejoin the current organization in the future? What should be my next step, as I am prepared for a smooth settlement and willing to pay the amount they demand? I would appreciate good suggestions regarding this as soon as possible.

Put up your rationale before the decision-makers of the establishment you are serving and hope for empathetic hearing. Trust-based dialogue without any premonition is by far still the best option to communicate. Honesty is always the best.

Hi,
You need to explain the reason as to why you want to resign and why you feel the training is not good, at least for you. Put it in simple and plain words as to why you think you cannot move forward without mentioning the payment of the bond amount at this stage. Also, make sure what your strategy would be if they are willing to be flexible on the training part or change it the way you prefer. Think along those lines and get ready to answer before sending them an email. Of course, if they accept and do not change, you may consider the next steps as you move forward.
Thanks and Regards

Hi, all new joiners in MNC organizations have to undergo induction, orientation, and training programs. If the new employer also includes training in the induction process, what will you do? Think twice before making a decision. 15 months is a short period, and opportunities are plentiful for the talented. Training provides new ideas, enhances our job knowledge, and the employer will invest in training.
