I need to know which one will be a more accepted practice regarding a 1-hour break. Some say the 1-hour break should be fixed, like 30 minutes for lunch/dinner and 2 small tea breaks. Others say that 1 hour should have 3 intervals, and the employee can take it at any time whenever they wish, without strict timing to follow like in school. Giving flexibility and choice of time to employees will make them happy. I am too confused about which one to follow. My personal opinion is to have strict timing. I need your suggestions.
Depending on the floor management work experience, if the breaks disturb the work culture, then management has to take appropriate steps to fix it. It is a matter of coordination between the floor manager and employees to handle.
Dear Colleague,
If you are involved in manufacturing activities, then in my opinion, having a half-hour lunch break and a ten-minute tea break aligns with common industrial practices.

Dear Colleague,
Since you are in the service industry, you may follow a half-hour lunch/dinner break and two ten-minute tea breaks. It would be better if staggered timings are observed so that service is not affected.
