After you log in to your PF UAN portal, click on the "Manage" option. Then, click on "Modify Basic Details." The system will prompt you to make changes as per Aadhar. Once you submit the request, please inform your employer for approval.

Visit the official website of EPF at https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/. Select the 'For Employees' webpage. Login, and now you can apply online for a name change through the EPF portal.

You can visit the EPFO Member Portal to log in at https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.g...mberinterface/. Log in with your UAN number and password. Click on "Manage", and then on "Modify Basic Details". There, you have to enter your 'Aadhaar No.', 'Name as per Aadhaar', 'DOB', and 'Gender'. After that, choose your present employer and press 'Submit', followed by 'Ok'.
After completing this process, contact your employer to approve the same. Once your employer approves your request, you will receive a confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number and see "Pending at EPF Field Office". Within a week after approval from EPFO, your name will be updated in the portal, and you will receive another confirmation SMS.
