Please log in to your UAN Portal and update KYC-Bank Details. If Bank details are already there, you can still add one more Bank Account details. However, the additional account must be approved by the Employer through Digital Signature.

Usually, employers subcontract such tedious tasks of uploading KYC and bank details of their employees to freelance entities. Often, these consultants operate from locations with low internet connectivity, leading to the UAN web portal being rarely at 100% uptime. As a result, this important task is often pending in most cases. It is advisable that employers ensure attempts are made periodically to upload this data and report to PF authorities when they are unable to do so. Furthermore, it is also recommended to appeal to the PF portal to allow individuals to update their own KYC and bank details.
