This is Naga Narayanan. I have an issue. I have applied for Form 10-C PF pension withdrawal through the online EPF portal. I submitted it on 14-7-2018, but as of now, I have not received my payment in my account. The status indicates that it is still under process. What is the remedy to expedite my pension payment?

Prior to this, I applied for my EPF Form 19 withdrawal on 12.06.2018 and received my payment within 5-6 days from the date of submission, sir.

Dear Mr. Naag Narayanan,

I'm having the same issue since mine hasn't been resolved yet, so I can't comment on what the reason for that is. Hence, what I presume is that I've applied for Form 10C via the unified portal, and Form 19 via the Umang app. When I applied on behalf of my friend, it took 14 days to undergo the claim settlement, while I'm still unaware of the reason for Form 10C being on hold. I hope you may have an answer by now, as you have applied for the EPF. So, I was hoping if you are willing to share your experience!
