Please help me with bonus payment. If an employee has a gross salary of Rs. 28,000 and a basic salary of Rs. 11,200, is he eligible for a bonus as per the government bonus ceiling ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 21,000?

The bonus is always calculated based on the basic salary, with the maximum basic limit being Rs 21,000. Therefore, any employee with a basic salary up to Rs 21,000 is eligible for a bonus.
