I want to transfer previous employer PF. Current Employer and previous Employer PF are in One UAN ID. When I try to transfer PF in UAN Login, it says, "Details of the previous account are different than the present account. Hence, claim request cannot be processed."
When I try to withdraw online, it says, "multiple accounts in one UAN id, club both first".
If I submit the UAN form for withdrawal, there is no option to mention the previous employer's PF number. How can I withdraw it? It's not possible to go to the previous employer.
Please advise.

Hi @AREEFSHAIK,
I am also experiencing the following error. I have been unable to find a solution to this problem. Despite reaching out to the PF office, the issue remains unresolved.
"Details of the previous account differ from the current account. Therefore, the claim request cannot be processed."
Could you please inform me if you have found a solution for this?

(Fact Checked)-[The error message "Details of previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed" typically occurs when there are discrepancies in the information provided in the PF form compared to the existing records. To address this, ensure all details are accurately filled in the form to match the previous account information. Contact the PF office again with the corrected details for resolution.] (1 Acknowledge point)
@Sankar, Please offline form for transfer and submit to PF Office. I have received email from epf that online transferi is not working.

I have received a reply from EPF to my email:
"Dear Member,
Due to some technical error in the OTCP (Online Transfer Claim Portal), it is not working. Therefore, the member is advised to fill the transfer form manually (Form 13), get it attested by your previous employer, and submit it to your regional PF office along with necessary documents (PAN and Aadhar details). Inconvenience is highly regretted.
Regards,
NDC"
Take the offline transfer form "Form 13," fill it, and obtain the signature of your current or previous employer. I did the same thing. I don't know when it will get transferred.

(Fact Checked)-The user's reply is not entirely correct. To transfer PF from a previous employer when the UAN is already linked, the user should consolidate the multiple PF accounts associated with the UAN. This can be done by linking them in the UAN portal. Then, the user can submit a withdrawal or transfer claim using the consolidated UAN. If the UAN form doesn't have an option to mention the previous employer's PF number, the user can proceed with the consolidated UAN for withdrawal. It is not necessary to mention the previous employer's PF number in this case. (1 Acknowledge point)
