because of company retention strategies. If any company having good retetion strategies empolyees will not leave company, hence no body will be intrested in withdrawing PF OR PENSION Amount.

Hi, I worked in a company from 01-12-2012 to 31-05-2013. I have applied to withdraw the pension benefits and submitted Form 10C to the PF authority. However, they rejected my claim on the grounds of working less than 6 months.
