Dear Varma Saheb,
Please give Top Priority to the New Law of 2013, specifically the "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013," which applies to Every Employer in India without any exemptions.
It is now Every Employer's Legal Duty to:
1. Provide protection to Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace; and
2. Create a Safe and Secure Workplace Where No Woman Shall be subjected to Sexual Harassment; and
3. Constitute an Internal Committee under Section 4 of the SHWW Act of 2013, etc.
Penalties for Non-Compliance are Very Stringent.
The application of remaining Employment-related Laws to your Establishment will depend on whether it is an Industrial or a Commercial Establishment and the number of Employed Persons on the Roll or at the Workplace.
