Hello everybody,

I am creating an HR policy regarding the employee grading system (Employee level structure). I want to know how companies adopt different systems to grade their employees. My company is looking to establish an employee grade system where benefits, seniority, and employee level are represented so that everyone is treated equally according to the structure.

If anyone has a related draft copy of the policy or an Excel format for the grade system from which we can benefit, please share it with me. Suggestions for improvement are always welcome.

Thanks in advance.

With regards,

If you want to adopt a grading system in your organization, the first step is to conduct a job evaluation for each position. This evaluation should include data on tasks, competencies (functional, supervisory, behavioral, technical, etc.), accountability, responsibilities, and more. Create a points system for each set of data and summarize the total points for each job to start the grading system.
