Hi Venkat,

Before making any strategy, there are prerequisites such as availability of resources, whether you are hiring freshers or experienced individuals, identifying the resources and their locations. Your budget is also a matter of concern if you have to handle the recruitment drive without hiring any consultants.

You can schedule interviews on holidays, i.e., Sunday or Saturday, to meet with a maximum number of candidates.

When creating a strategy, you will need to start by analyzing the position, as one strategy for one recruitment drive may not necessarily work for another. This decision is yours and your team's to make.

Hi Vengat,

The man dates 80 positions means to go for a lineup of 250 walk-ins - the selection ratio must be 150. Joiners will be around 100 through employee referrals from existing employees. Concentrate on NGO organizations that can help you out. Distribute pamphlets in advantageous locations and put up posters in strategic locations such as trains, bus stands, and some tutorial centers.

I'm a recruitment officer who hired 1500 qualified applicants in only 1 month. My strategies are as follows:

1. Advertisement in all forms (flyers, newspapers, billboards, etc.).
2. Referrals.
3. Contacting schools for fresh graduates.
4. Temporary recruitment offices in different locations.
5. Contacting employment agencies.
6. Hiring a seasonal team of recruitment experts to assist in applicant selection.
7. Providing a staff house for qualified applicants based on location.
8. Offering a competitive salary range.
9. Considering the company's budget.

We received a total of 4768 applicants and filtered them all. Recruitment is indeed very expensive.
