Dear Ankita,

As mentioned by Team Trouvaille, you are required to submit Form 3A and 15G/15H. However, Form 19 and 10C are now outdated, and the new Composite Withdrawal Form has been released by EPFO, which must be completed by the employee. I am attaching the format of the Composite Claim Form for your reference.

Hi All,

I am new to PF Claims and would like to know what formalities the employer should complete once an employee leaves the job.

I have a case where an employee left in February and has requested the closure of their PF account. She has completed all the necessary documents, but they were rejected with the message: "Kindly contact your employer for submitting Form 9 register." Can you please assist me in obtaining Form 9 and filling it out?

Thanks,
Sunitha

If I’m not wrong form 9 is use for annual returns and if you have not done annual returns the EPFO won’t allow to withdraw employees PF. Regards,
