Mohit,
Please let me know what kind of business you are involved in or the kind of messages you communicate with your US clients. This would help me in suggesting a few examples/templates.
A few points you need to note:
- You always use Verdana font - size 10
- Bullet points will not have sentences ending with a full stop
- You never say "please find attached....", you will start by saying "Attached please find...."
- You don't end using "yours sincerely", or "thanking you..." - you use - thanks, regards.
- We should not use "expecting a quick / favorable reply" - you'd say - "I'd appreciate if you could keep me posted on the same / follow-up on the same so we can start working on the project."
Many like this - please give a clearer idea.

Hi Ash,
Thank you for your great concern. I am a Software Testing Engineer, so in the office, we need to write different kinds of emails to our clients or some seniors who are residing in the US. Emails like day-to-day status mail, apology mails, thanks mail, and reminders if they forget to reply. Sometimes when I write emails on the above topics, they may not be as impressive as I expected. My main concern is to know how to write an email or what type of content to write that makes sense and impresses the clients and our seniors. I hope you understand what I want to say.
I am waiting for your reply.
Regards,

Dear Mohit,
Please check the attachments. I have attached an Excel sheet for the project status report - but I have used the example for a recruitment services company. Please take a look at it. The emails may be useful - but change them according to your needs.
Thanks,
Ash

Dear All,
Season's Greetings!
Before putting my words on this post, I extend my thanks to the members who have posted. The current email etiquette has been changed a little bit in terms of the correspondence. For example:
Dear Sir / Madam ----> Notice Slash. Replacement to Slash
Season's Greetings! Guessing this email finds you well and in joyful moments. Can be changed.

Dear all,
Recently, I joined a new organization in the automobile industry as an HR professional. However, at times, I face challenges in coordinating with my boss on official matters. As an HR professional, it is my responsibility to communicate and share all relevant information with my boss regarding management issues.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to effectively coordinate with my boss in such situations.
Thank you,
