Hi, I am just keen to know if we have any legal obligation for an employee working as a full-time employee in a company and simultaneously taking on work as a freelancer. For example, if there is an employee who is working in an IT company and simultaneously taking on some small projects as a freelancer, should this be a concern for the company? Will this be considered as dual employment? Do we have anything related to full-time work and freelancing mentioned in our laws?

Everything depends on the policy of your company . Look the policy manual whether such cases are prohibited
