I have been working in a manufacturing company for the last two years as an Assistant Manager in HR & Admin. My total experience in the HR field is 7 years. Our company specializes in the manufacturing and supply of sugar machinery. We have a total of 100 employees, with 65 employees in the factory, 25 employees in the corporate office, and approximately 10 employees at various sites in India.
I would like to seek suggestions from all respected seniors regarding how useful this app can be for employers and what the disadvantages are in using this app for site operations.

May I know what kind of HR policies should be in the security industry as this is my first experience with the security industry. Although I have created a few policies such as the Leave Policy, Travel Policy, Mobile Policy, and Staff Advance Policy.
