I have to submit a quotation for housekeeping services to my client for the first time. However, since I am new to this business, I would like some help in creating a quotation that includes all legal aspects such as the minimum wages act, service tax, etc.

Dear nitin Calcute minimum wages + consumeables+Machinery operating/maintenace Pf+Esic +10% profit = quotation OverTime rates will be Double for every hour

Basic wage as per the minimum wages under scheduled employment + Spl Allowance + HRA + other allowances + PF (13.36% on basic & Spl Allowance) + ESIC (4.75% on gross earnings) + Leave with wages + National Holiday + Gratuity + Labour Welfare Fund + Materials cost as applicable + Service tax as applicable = CTC TO BE QUOTED. Apart from this, Uniform and maintenance/washing allowances, if applicable, can be added. OT rate is double the cost calculated per hour.
