I am Shilpi and am new to citehr. It's a great platform to bond with like-minded people from your own profession. I have close to 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. For the last year, I have been on a break from my career, and now I am trying to get back into action but not making much progress.
In terms of my interests, I am more inclined towards Training and Development, but unfortunately, I do not have any experience in this area. This is where I need help and guidance from my superiors. Please suggest the next steps for how I can pursue this and build a full-time career in this field.
I am looking forward to gaining some practical training/courses to enter the Training and Development field. I am eagerly awaiting suggestions.
