You need to specify what you want your partner to bring to the table. Your partner can contribute in the following ways:
- Technical Skills (programming, project management, etc.)
- Finances (Why do you need it? Web development firms can be started with minimal investments. A friend of mine started with just one laptop and a USB net).
- Product idea (You would require a domain expert with exceptional technology understanding. We provide this expertise to a few software firms).
- Business Development (You need a person with a strong personal network, networking skills, and the ability to build connections).
