Hi,

I want to open a call center in Delhi with 13 employees. I came across this website while searching about HR policies, PF, EPF, leave, and all. I am not an HR person and am looking for very simple and basic policies. Salaries will be around 13k and above, plus incentives.

No need to get pf & esic code for 13 employee,Its minimum required 20. Pay them salary basic,Hra, conveyance & other allowance,
