I am working for a company that has recently started, and I have been allotted HR work. I have to now work from ground zero, and I don't know much about policy framing in HR. Can you please guide me on how to start, and if somebody has HR policies, kindly share them with me.

HR policies are framed with the consent of the top management.
The draft is made by HR, considering the similar type of Industry/the other companies
in close vicinity, Government regulations etc.
