No one would give you any sample HR policy, but you can improve what you have with you. Just verify it more than once and check the relevant laws pertaining to that particular policy. And then it should be easy to bring out the necessary changes.

Well one can modify a policy by reading,re-reading and modifying. There is no one stop shop to buy policy. If you are not sure, post it in the forum and ask for peoples opinion. The same can be done within your organization,ask you team to review and comment on it.
