Hi Isha, you can discuss with the founders/manager about how many leaves to be allotted to all per month. You can have a flat leave structure or you can have Paid Leaves, Sick leaves, and casual leaves too. On average, you can have 1.50 or 1.75 paid leaves per month and 4+4 sick and casual leaves. It should be applicable to all employees, including HR, founder members, and employees. Let me know if you need any more clarification on this.
