I am starting my own HR consultancy and I have a website too. I want to create my own database instead of buying it from various job portals. Can I know how I can get candidates to upload their CVs/Resumes on the website? I would appreciate your help.

Reflect on Your Business Plan
Refer back to the business plan you wrote to establish your business. What did you write in that plan about how you would market your business and how you would generate candidates?
In the last few weeks, there have been numerous postings from CiteHR members starting businesses but appearing not to have thought through all the implications very carefully. From my reading on CiteHR alone, the market in India seems thoroughly saturated with HR consultancies, recruitment businesses, etc. It would appear that everyone wants to start such a business.
CiteHR members tired of working for other people and desirous of working for themselves would be well-advised to find something unique and new.
