My name is Svetla Markova, and I am one of the founders of the employee engagement platform Deed.
We are conducting research on the types of engagement activities and factors that lead to higher employee engagement. We are looking for 5 companies in India interested in a free 2-month trial of the Deed platform to assist us in this research.
Profile of companies that may apply:
- Number of Employees: 100-1000
- Business Sector: Any industry that involves computer-based work predominantly
- Environment: Willingness to utilize a web-based solution for team engagement
- Involvement Required: 1-2 hours weekly for one person (to release and administer/monitor challenges), and 10-20 minutes weekly per employee participating in engagement activities.
Deed (www.ideedit.com) is a gamified platform for employee engagement that is challenge-based, featuring over 100 ideas for engagement activities contributed by engagement practitioners.
